If you order is cancelled with the attachment "Used by another account"

Kindly, contact the store where the card was purchased for more information on the time and account that used the card.

  1.  Scratch the card to reveal the numbers
  2.  Re upload the well scratched card(go to the pending order, click the "eye" icon and upload on the chat opened on the particular order).

Kindly, Contact the store where the gift  card was purchased for more information on the account linked with the card for the best solution.





Chief, If your gift card order was cancelled with "Not activated"

Kindly, Contact store where the card was purchased to have the card activated or Request for a second step activation at the store if the card was not properly activated.


Babanla, If your gift card order was cancelled with "No balance or not enough balance", Kindly note that this means your card, when been checked for processing was found to have;

  1. Below the minimum limit we trade on the website.
  2.  No balance at all.
